Products
Product photos are provided to represent each artwork as accurately as possible. Due to differences in screen settings and the printing process, slight color variations may occur.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, designs, images, graphics, and content on mimimillsart are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of mimimillsart unless otherwise stated. Purchasing artwork does not transfer ownership of the copyright. Artwork may not be:
- Reproduced
- Resold
- Redistributed
- Copied
- Modified
- Used for commercial purposes
- Used to create derivative works
Personal Use
Artwork purchased from mimimillsart is intended for personal use only. Customers may display purchased physical prints in their homes and may print digital commission files for their own personal use. Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.
Commercial Licensing
If you would like to use artwork for commercial purposes, please contact me before use. Commercial licensing is available upon request and is quoted separately based on the intended use.
Ai & Machine learning
Artwork created by mimimillsart may not be used to train artificial intelligence (AI) models, machine learning datasets, image generators, or similar technologies. This includes uploading artwork to AI training platforms or using it to generate derivative content.
Customer accounts
Creating an account is optional. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password. Guest checkout is also available.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its functionality or security.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mimimillsart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
