Thank you for supporting mimimillsart! Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with care. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Processing times
Art Prints: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Custom Commissions: Custom artwork is made to order and generally takes 5–10 business days to complete before shipping or digital delivery. Turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the project.

- Orders are shipped within the United States only.
- All orders are shipped via USPS.
- Shipping rates are calculated as a flat rate at checkout.
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery estimates
After your order has shipped, most packages arrive within 3–5 business days. Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of my control.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at mimimillsart@gmail.com. I’ll work with you to find the best solution. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Lost or stolen packages
Once USPS marks a package as Delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Unfortunately, mimimillsart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If you believe your package has been lost, I recommend first contacting your local USPS office.
Returns & Refunds
Because each order is carefully prepared specifically for you, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days so I can help resolve the issue.
